We offer two types of triathlon on-line coaching packages, Basic and Premium, as well as run and cycling packages that are individualized to your needs.

We will provide you with a thorough analysis of your video footage and make recommendations for improvements.

Sadler Coaching is a family business that offers on-line training packages, technique analysis, race preparation advice, one-on-one coaching, junior development and more, using our unique Impact Tri-training System that takes a holistic approach to training. Glenn is a qualified Australian Federation Triathlon Development coach (level 2), Kerri has previously been a qualified Swimming Australia swimming coach and learn to swim instructor and Elissa Jae, is a qualified personal trainer who has designed gym programs specifically for triathletes. We are passionate about helping our clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in sport and in life so that they too can achieve their goals. Life's too short to be unhappy and unfulfilled, not living to your potential. Our desire is to empower others to lead their best life through sport and to help our clients learn and develop the skills and techniques required for success.Whether you're a school aged athlete or an adult wanting to get into shape, run a cross-country,compete at track running, swimming , aquathons or duathlons, whether you're a novice or seasoned triathlete, or wanting to run a marathon, we're here to help. We are currently running a junior development program at Ipswich.

Bio-mechanical Development

The importance of using good technique cannot be overstated. It's benefits are reducing the risk of injury, reducing resistance, and increasing speed by obtaining the maximum amount of forward propulsion while using the least amount of energy expenditure. We have an experienced stroke development and correction swimming coach on our team.

Physiological Development

Our training sessions make sure that you develop into a well rounded athlete and includes strength, speed and endurance sets, exercising as many muscles groups as possible. We also offer a gym program that targets opposing muscle groups to avoid any imbalances with a focus on developing long, lean muscle.

WHY TRAIN WITH US?

 Poor technique, the wrong type of training and lack of triathlon specific skills have been observed by Sadler Coaching to be significant contributors to athletes achieving poor results.  Drawing from many years of experience both as athletes and coaches, the Sadler Coaching team can address these issues with well thought out programs and training sessions.

Sadler Coaching believes in starting with the development of good technique and using plyometric exercises, both of which are largely neglected by other coaching services. Good technique is one of the best ways to reduce the risk of injury and see improved results in performance. Plyometric exercises increase VO2 max (maximal oxygen uptake ability), explosive power and elasticity of muscles. Studies have shown that even elite runners have shown improvements by incorporating plyometrics into their program. Sadler Coaching also incorporates strength, endurance, cardio, balance and mobility, speed, agility and fast feet exercises into their programs and nutrition guidance to aid clients’ progression towards reaching their sporting goals. The variety added to training programs means that athletes will no longer be bored with the same routine and will find they gain a greater all over body workout that helps in preventing weakness in the minor muscle groups. The business caters to all age levels from beginner to elite. Online clients have the flexibility and convenience to train at times that suit them with programs that are tailor made to accommodate their lifestyle and goals.
