Glenn Sadler

Triathlon Coach, Local Technical Official, Community Cycling Coach, Teacher of Competitive Strokes Swimming

Glenn Sadler is the owner and head coach of Sadler Coaching. He is a family man, being married for 26 years and has 6 children. Glenn has a degree in science and has worked for 16 years as an analytical chemist. He is now an Australian Federation qualified Professional Developmental Triathlon Coach (Level 2), a Local Technical Official for triathlon and is currently working towards his Level 3 Performance Development Coaching for athletics. ​ Glenn has been involved with sport from a young age, starting out with golf, rugby union and tennis. For the past 17 years Glenn has been heavily involved with cycling and triathlon and has also competed in cross-country running, fun runs and duathlons. ​ Since participating in a training camp and triathlon races in Phuket, Thailand in 2010, Glenn has developed a love for this region and it's people, and returns often to train, compete and to simply holiday.  ​ Some of Glenn's greatest sporting achievements have been representing Australia in both triathlon and duathlon, 4th in the National Cycling team time trial (elite) in 2006, winning the Ipswich Mile Gift Race (open) in 2010, winning the Queensland State Duathlon Championships in 2007 (age group), winning the National Duathlon Championships in 2010 (age group),  winning his age category at the Pattaya Triathlon in 2016, and over 20 team wins in triathlon including the Qld State Gatorade series, Bribie Island series, Gold Coast Half Ironman and the Luke Harrop Triathlon. ​ What Glenn loves about multi-sport is its ability to connect people from different countries and cultures, to provide an exciting challenge both physically and mentally and to take you places you never dreamed of going. It has taken him to New Zealand, to Rimini, Italy, France and to many regions both in Asia and Australia. ​ Glenn is very passionate about helping to develop up and coming athletes and seeing them progress by passing on his knowledge, and to develop a friendly community that displays a culture of respect and integrity.

Hayden Sadler

Triathlon coach, Cert 3 in Fitness

Hayden enjoys delivering fun and engaging sessions for our juniors in running and cycling. He is passionate about seeing our athletes develop the necessary skills for both safety and success.  Hayden loves his job and is committed to supporting our athletes in any way he can.

Kerri Sadler

Teacher of Competitive Strokes Swimming, Triathlon Coach

Kerri Sadler and has grown up with swimming, having trained under many of the top coaches of Australian swimming. She has worked as a swimming coach to a number of Queensland State Schools and has been a Learn to Swim Instructor on and off since the 1980's. Kerri's own swimming career has taken her as far as qualifying for Nationals. Kerri specialises in stroke development and thoroughly loves helping athletes become more efficient in the water.

Elissa Sadler

Personal Trainer, Accredited Rehab Trainer

Elissa Sadler is a qualified Personal Trainer, Accredited Rehab Trainer, Foundation Triathlon Coach and is currently completing her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology.  ​Elissa grew up competing in triathlon and has a huge love for the sport. She also is very passionate about gym training and the impact fitness has on a person's life. Elissa has spent the last few years training predominately beginners and over 50 yr olds.
