We will design this session around whatever it is you feel you need extra work on, be it skills, technique, transition practice, running off the bike, bike maintenance or simply put through your paces.

Cancelation Policy

The business will abide by Australian Consumer law and provide customers with a repair, refund or replacement if the product/service is faulty, damaged or where false and misleading claims have been made. In addition, the business has its own refund policy as detailed below: All fees for online packages are non-refundable except for in the event where programs are unable to be delivered. It is preferred that clients pay for services on or before the due date, but payment must be made no later than 7 days from receiving an invoice, otherwise the services provided by Sadler Coaching will cease until payment is made. In the event of a pre-paid group session being cancelled by Sadler Coaching, the money will either be refunded or the session re-scheduled. If clients however do not attend a session that has been pre-paid for other reasons, then payment is non-refundable unless Sadler Coaching has been notified at least 12 hours prior to the session commencing. Payments for group sessions must be paid prior to or at the commencement of the session. Strictly no credit will be given unless there have been prior arrangements made with Sadler Coaching. The business owner is obliged to carry out all services with due skill and care. The business owner will ensure that any materials provided as part of this service are fit for the purpose. Should the business owner fail to meet any of these obligations, the service may have to be repeated, or the business owner may need to pay for someone else to carry it out. It is also acknowledged that the consumer may also be able to claim compensation for expenses incurred as a result, such as loss or damage. The business owner may have to bear this cost.
