Eating Healthy

At Sadler Coaching we believe in fuelling your body with healthy foods for optimum performance results, however with that being said, we don't believe in very restrictive diets that hold you in bondage. Our advice is to eat in moderation, trying to incorporate more of the healthier options, while lowering the amount of not so healthy options like refined, processed foods, sugar and unhealthy fats. If you are trying to loose weight, try using a smaller plate size or a bowl in order to eat smaller portions and drink a large glass of water before eating. Sometimes making small changes that are easy to maintain are the best for long term success. As we all know, what the experts say is healthy and not healthy changes all the time but after much research into this we provide a list of what we believe to be the  best choices for your health.
